В очередной раз хочу переехать в Германию, и вроде даже уже все условия есть, но нифига непонятно, что там с АРТ. Кто-нибудь что-нибудь знает? Насколько я понял, там все по страховке, в отличие от многих других европейских стран. Но если по страховке, то значит и ее стоимость наверное выше? А если работодатель ее оплачивает, он, получается, должен быть в курсе о статусе?
Вся информация о ВИЧ в Германии почему-то на немецком, а я немецкого не знаю <_<
На aidshilfe.de полно инфы на русском - на, читай. Там есть и телефоны, по которым можно задать вопросы на разных языках (на русском тоже, я уверен).

Thanks for your mail to our counselling offer. My name is Sandra Gödicke and I am happy to answer your questions.
In Germany there is a law, that everybody needs to have health insurance. You have the choice between private and statutory health insurance. Private health insurance is expensive and does not insure people with HIV. So this is no option for you.
Statutory health insurance can not decline you because of your HIV-positive status. They have to insure you. You can chooce between many insurance companies. They all have full coverage of the HIV-medication costs, no matter how expensive your therapy is. Also your regular doctors appointments, blood tests, hospital bills are covered, except little fees.

For your coverage it dosn"t matter. You don"t have to inform him about your HIV-positive status. In Germany you can work in very job, except if you are a surgeon or pilot there are limitations.
The costs for your health insurance are split between your employer and you. You have gross and net income. Your net income is the money you get after deduction of income taxes and health and unemployment insurance. So your health insurance is paid from your gross income.
To sum it up, you have full coverage of your HIV treatment costs with a german statutory insurance and don"t have to tell your employer, that you are HIV-positive. I hope these informations were helpfull to you. If you have futher questions, don"t hesitate to contact me.
